On The Cusp Of Autumn

Poem

On the cusp of autumn, we reside in a space between two seasons. A space offered in honor of seeds planted in spring and summer, and all that has blossomed and offered fruit.

What fills the basket of your personal harvest this year? How have you tended to yourself and your community?

Our personal harvest represents the care and attention put forth through past seasons. It informs us of how we’ve shown up for ourselves and others.

With the arrival of the autumnal equinox, we begin the transition out of summer, into fall, and slowly begin preparations for the winter that is sure to come. This is a time to reconnect with our own essence and the rhythm of nature and life all around us. A time to listen to the beating of our own heart and connect to the heart beat of mother earth.

What do you need in order to feel nourished and show up well as the days become shorter and the blessing of darkness approaches?

What needs to be released in order to create space for magic and mystery to unfold?
